This section presents past and current projects of Action for Economic Reforms. It features some of the major policy debates that revolve around macroeconomic management in the context of an open, liberalized economy. AER intervenes in macro issues particularly those that impact heavily on equity and the quality of growth. Among the critical issues taken up are the exchange rate policy, trade issues, public investment strategy, the tax system, monetary and pricing policy and the right to public information.
